To receive your specific service pricing, please schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists.

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about your service you have received in the salon, please notify a salon coordinator within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At the time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost within two weeks of the initial service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please give us a 48 hour notice if you can not make your appointment. If you give us less than 48 hour notice you will be charged 50% of your total. If you no show you will be charged 50% of your total. If you are going to be late please let us know, depending on how late you are you may be asked to reschedule and be charged 50% of your total.
